In this 4 week program, we will dive into 4 pillars : Mindset, Heartset, Soulset and Healthset. These pillars are the foundation of wellness and personal leadership. 

 There will be 4 group video calls where we will dissect the 4 pillars and experience ways we can implement the learnings. In between our calls, you will be supported, and have access to our private Facebook group. You will be surrounded by people who like you, are committed to live in their zone of genius. 

Our environment plays a significant impact on our outcomes. Together we will elevate each other so that we can persevere with more calmness.
